Update on the current situation

Hi everyone, its very shameful to see such an act by these SC/ST Stooges. They are protesting against such a bill which 99% of them arn't even aware about. Let us impart some knowledge to these people about their own act which they dont know about. According to Supreme court the SC/ST prevention of atrocity act 1989,should not perpetuate casteism, the reason given was that 15-16% of the total complaint filed in 2015 were fake. Most of the Cases filed by these people were fake because of some grudge, animosity, jealousy or any other reason. Let us understand more about this act, this act came into existence in 1989 during the time Mr Rajiv Gandhi was India's Prime Minister. This bill was introduced by quoting "We have tried everything possible but their condition isn't improving, still caste discrimination, exploitation etc is being done in the society, so we need this act to give the protection to them". This act was passed 1st in Lok Sabha then in Rajya Sabha like this it came into being. This act was then implemented in every state except Jammu & Kashmir from 30 Jan 1990. Some minimal amendments were done in 2016 but this was a major change implemented by Supreme Court on 20th March 2018. The Sufferer under this act will get a compensation from Rs 75,000 upto 8 Lakh 50 thousand, all the hearings under this act will be done in fast track court, this means this case will be given more importance than any Rape Case, Dowry Murder case, Normal Murder case, or any other case. Even they will get a government Lawyer to fight their case. So in whole if any general class person has an argument with any SC/ST guy regardless of any issue then if the SC/St guy goes to the cops to file a complaint against him under this act then he will be arrested on spot without even questioning his innocence or giving a chance to explain his action, & under this act he will not even get the bail. For example if you are an HR of a company & a SC/ST guy comes for an Interview after taking his interview round you decided he is not fit for your company & you reject him but as he is from a community which give them a power that can put you in jail very easily without knowing the real reason of the rejection. In whole this act can be easily misused by any SC/ST guy which we can see in the past so that's the reason Supreme Court had to change this act so that such type of things dont happen. This is the entire Blue Print of this act. Seeing their Unity I was surprised to see that though 99% didn't know what they were revolting for still they came down to the street to spread the hooliganism & cause Havoc in the streets. I was wondering can't all the General/Unreserved Candidate unite like this against them or reservation. 10th April is the date please Mark it on your Calendar when each & every General/Unreserved will come to the streets for one common Goal "Remove the Caste based Reservation System" If the government can't make it happen we will make it happen please spread it to each & every single person who wants to end this reservation system once & for all. Today is 4th after 6 days there would be a mass protest against this Reservation system. Please share this as much as you can to get more & more people join this movement. Our motive is not to spread Hooliganism or to damage the country but this movement will be a nationwide stand still to show the country the power of Unreserved people. Remember one thing the country can't work if we are neglected like that.
