The province of BC has been shaken to it's very core.  The residents of the Peace River Valley, for instance, are being completely ignored regarding the Site C Dam Project.  Many land owners, indigenous peoples and the residents of Hudson's Hope, BC have been shouting and waving our hands in the air, trying to get Premier Clarke's attention on what an unbelievably bad idea this project (her "Legacy" project) is now and has been for more than 40 years.  Steam rolling over everyone who is against this project and ignoring even the best informed and statistically correct arguments being given every single day in an attempt to stop the project, to the point of clearing huge tracks of forests and destroying eagles mating nests and other wildlife habitats before a final decision on the project has even been made and proper permits released to the contracted 'destruction' companies doing the damage to the valley.  Thousands of acres of some of the best farmland in BC are being destroyed at a time when food production in this province and across Canada is a concern.  It has made her very few supporters and many, many people would be more than happy to support a non-confidence vote of Christy Clark as soon as possible and an order that she should take her 'partners in her crimes', for example Jessica McDonald of BC Hydro and Bill Bennett, her Minister of Energy and Mines.  Many others reasons for non-confidence, such as her complete disregard for Education, Social Service, Honesty and Fairness. Calling this project a "Clean Energy" project and trying to slide it through the Climate Change meetings as 'a step in the right direction' is SO false they should be charged with committing fraud just for that one description alone.
