- Request that Prime Minister Andrew Holness honors Osbourne "King Tubby" Ruddock for all his contributions to Reggae and Dub. A music he helped create that influenced the world in so many ways. I have been pushing for this for years but its time to step it up. King Tubbys 80th birthday is 2021 and should be the date set to give honors in the form of an award and make January 28th officially King Tubby day in Jamaica.
