Minister Davies announced to Jamaica that this "desktop study" being done by Conrad, Douglas and Associates. This big disappointment here is there is already data that has been collected on the PBPA done by the organizations charged with it's conservation. Having this knowledge, if you all ready didn't, lets you know the urgency of getting as many people to sign and as quickly as possible. Steve
