The Legislative Assembly meets on Monday Aug. 10th. An injunction had been filed on Friday Aug. 7th by Lord Vaea, the Nobles' Representative and former Secretary of Tonga Traditions Committee. The answer from the Chief Justice was to file a prosecution on grounds of the Preservation Act.
