Hi Everyone, I want to share some personal thoughts and conflicting feelings as I reflect on the recent events surrounding the mass shootings in Lewiston. In the midst of this tragedy, I'm posting a picture of my son at the Papermill boat launch and walking path in Lisbon.

For nine years, this place held a special significance for me. It was where I took my son for walks, as he grew, for scooter rides. We spent Father's Day fishing from the boat launch every year.

However, the recent events have added a conflicting layer to these memories... How can a place that symbolizes goodness and cherished moments coexist with the unthinkable actions of someone so evil?

It's a profound struggle within me, and I share it to emphasize the complex emotions many of us are grappling with in the wake of such senseless violence.
