Is this really time to close a valued local authority respite centre and take a chance on the private sector when rising costs and reduced austerity based funding will force many to close within 3 years ? Further proof of the folly of Wirral Borough Council's proposal to privatise this service and leave all service users in jeopardy. Wirral voters - use your ballot tomorrow to stop this disaster.
