Consultation is back open until 18th August 2021 for this painful application. Now that the Persimmon homes at West Ashton have been approved this means that traffic from over 2500 homes could be using Southview Park daily as a rat run to Town. There is simply No need for any access to be connected to the new development from Southview Park. The only reason Wainhomes give is so that they can construct 91 odd homes via Our residential estate.  Wainhomes have even become so desperate they have stooped as low as to threaten to remove residents street parking since this is one of the reasons they cannot bring their lorries through. Wainhomes the same developer who were originally refused planning for our estate and went through appeal to obtain it and then with Wiltshire councils consent built 5 bedroom homes with only 1 parking space per home.  Please have your day by not only signing and sharing this petition but by commenting on the application on Wiltshire council planning portal.
