I am thrilled to share an incredible progress report!

​Following the City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and our follow-up as of today, February 5, 2026, we have some wonderful news to share.

​Thanks to your overwhelming support, Mayor John Bacon and the Olathe City Council have officially moved our TNR proposal to the City Legal Team for formal review!

​During the meeting, we provided a professional roadmap and scientific research from TNR expert Carol Davis—whose 22 years of experience was vital in showing the Council how this will benefit our city. We are so grateful to Dr. LeEtta Felter for her leadership and for ensuring this information was shared with the legal department for a path forward.
