(Note. There is a sanctuary in Canada that works with dangerous dogs. Saw A Need Dog Sanctuary. https://www.sandrtpc.com/)
Unfortunately, since we don't work with any specific dog rescues, I do not have a good recommendation for one. But there are some dog rescues who specialize in rehabilitating dogs with aggression and bite histories. You should try that direction.
I really do appreciate you championing these dogs. You are doing great work.

Hello Nicole,
I have been following the tale of these two poor dogs. Thank you for being their champion.
In your last e-mail I was surprised that our organization was specifically named as a possible sanctuary for these dogs. Unfortunately, our organization does not take in dogs since our focus is on Wildlife, not domesticated animals. I hope that you do find a wonderful sanctuary for these dogs, they deserve a second chance in life.
Happy Holidays,
