The law company representing us , Govan Law Centre has been given the funding to represent us in a judicial review in Edinburgh, so they are proceeding with legal action. it’s a significant step forward. West Dunbartonshire Council will be using their legal team to dispute this. Our hope lies on the rights of local people being upheld. We paid for this library over many years in our taxes. It’s hard to accept we’ve had to fight our representatives in Dumbarton who want it sold and razed to the ground. The fight goes on
