Fortnite Rocket Racing holds a special place in my heart. As a Diamond III ranked competitor, I have dedicated countless hours to mastering this game, and it has opened the doors to what I hope will be a promising professional career. The thrill of the race, the strategic depth, and the camaraderie within the community have made Rocket Racing not just a game, but a significant part of my life.

Epic Games, the creator of Fortnite, recently announced their intention to discontinue Rocket Racing. This decision comes as a shock and disappointment to many, like myself, who have vested interests in the game. Eliminating this mode not only affects thousands of players who enjoy and invest in this community, but it also undermines the potential professional prospects for many, including aspiring eSports athletes such as myself.

Consider the impact on the competitive community that has flourished around Rocket Racing. This platform served as a launching pad for numerous players looking to break into the eSports scene. Its removal will directly dampen these aspirations. Furthermore, with the thriving tournaments and communal events, Rocket Racing has become a staple activity for countless Fortnite players globally. It fosters a highly engaged community that actively contributes to the wider success of Fortnite.

Moreover, from a business perspective, maintaining Rocket Racing could offer Epic Games an untapped arena for sponsorships and media events that could potentially lead to a growth in revenue. A growing audience and player base present further opportunities for monetization through in-game purchases and partnerships.

Changing this course of action can be a win-win situation. Epic Games can continue fostering a community that is passionate and deeply committed, while also exploring financial opportunities that support the company’s growth.

Join us in urging Epic Games to reconsider their decision and safeguard not just my future, but the future of an entire community that thrives on competition, teamwork, and innovation. Sign this petition to keep Fortnite Rocket Racing alive and let our voices matter.
