Wake The Future is a lecture and workshop series building power through education and solidarity. This session will unpack immigration in a fascist landscape and lead into an interactive legal safety planning session where you’ll learn real legal tools to protect yourself, your friends, and your community. In a year filled with hostility, showing up together is protective. It’s resistance. It’s how we build the world we deserve. Our Florida is committed to protecting our classrooms. That includes not only the books, curricula, and policy but our students and their families. Our classrooms are extensions of our community; and we say we protect our classrooms, that means we do the work to protect our communities too.
