Thank you to each and every one of you who has been supporting this campaign.  
On Friday Oct 2, with my army of supporters I attended court to have the judge remove any right to my pension from my abuser.. that did not happen.. in fact the judge made sure that I knew that the attempted murderer was entitled to a portion of my pension.. the judge made it seem like I was wasting my time fighting to keep the abuser from financially benefiting from my pension. The  judge did not acknowledge the arson or attempt on my life.The judge asked me is it worth my time and energy to take it to trial. The judge did not acknowledge Alberta law -section 8(l) or (m).  It is more understandable why so many victims are pressured into signing over what is rightfully theirs. These criminals should have no right to ANYTHING from their victims.. please keep sharing this petition.. with your support we will be able to protect future victims from this type of further abuse when leaving their abuser.
