Students posting videos of them saying racial slurs and drinking demands a harsh punishment. Two detentions is not enough. Students of color would and have had harsher punishment for the same thing. The student handbook talks about expulsion and suspension and detention is not enough. Appropriate legal action should be taken because they were in fact drinking. If the reputation of Preston is so important, the students should receive proper consequences for their actions.
