This is led by Dr. Wayne Johnson, who was Chief Operating Officeer of the Office of Federal Student Aid, and literally ran the federal student loan program. See him here with Tucker Carlson. This is going to be big.  This could/should be our comeuppance.  The suit is seeking $100k per borrower in damages, and (more importantly) the return of bankruptcy protections to all federal student loans.  That leverage will change EVERYTHING for us all.
