• Tell your House Representative to return bankruptcy rights to student loans

Getting the leverage of bankruptcy returned must happen if we are ever going to see meaningful student loan cancellation.  Whether you would ever- or never file is not important. We were very, very close last session. If a few more people had helped, this battle would be over now.  Think about that.

If you happen to live in a district with a Republican House Representative, we urge you to get a meeting with their staff, and bring us in and we can do all the talking. Let us know if you get something scheduled, and we're happy to call into the meeting.
