The Department of Education/Justice’s plan to stop opposing student loan borrowers in bankruptcy court is a complete betrayal. So now we have exactly one option left:  Getting S.2598/HR.9110 passed by the end of the year. Please make today’s action count

The battle is now crystal clear for us: We must get S.2598 and HR.9110 passed by the end of the year, or were screwed, including on cancellation, for a long time to come.

But we have a strong ace up our sleeve:

Everything is now lined up for us folks.  The only question is whether/ how hard you fight. Truly.
