Remember, folks. We have a long-standing commitment from the Department of Education to stop opposing student loan borrowers in court, and like loan cancellation, this can be done without Congressional approval or appropriation.
The Democrats promised us in their Party Platform that they would return bankruptcy to student loans. It is the minimum they could do before the election to give us the confidence we need to vote for them, and also to prevent us being abused badly come January 1st, when the loans will be turned back on.
We are the only group in the nation fighting this battle. What you do today matters. Bigtime. See last night's live stream.
All of us have a very important question to answer for ourselves: Are you going to sit back, expect someone else to fight your battle for you, and watch us be screwed yet again by thieves in Washington DC, or are you going to stand and fight with us, with the Constitution and with the Founders on our side?
