Hey All- 

We are bombarding the federal "negotiated rulemaking session" with comments this week. See Sunday's livestream.  This is a largely useless bureaucratic exercise where they allow public comments, and reporters do read these comments, so its a nice party for us to crash.  Don't be nice.  Make them feel your pain. My comment is below.

Today's action:

• Do the Special Action. It takes less than 2 minutes.

My comment:
 
The lending system is failed and finished.
 
-Suspend the lending program immediately, fund the colleges directly (at a reduced rate) until a new higher education funding model is created/implemented.

-Cancel all federally owned loans, stop opposing borrowers in bankruptcy court, tell Congress to pass S.2598.

-Apologize to the American people for the massive harms done to them by this unconstitutional lending scam.
