Hitting the Undersecretary of Education

Everyone:

Today we are hitting the Undersecretary of Education James Kvaal.  James has said they are revisiting how they handle bankruptcy claims for federal student loan borrowers, yet the Department and its contractors (ECMC most notably) continue to oppose borrowers in court, like a 77-year old borrower most recently.
