It is so important that we alert the Governors of the states where student loan debt now exceeds the entire state budgets. To that end, we need you to:
1. Retweet this to the Governors.
2. Retweet this call out to news organization in these states
Remember: These governors could change everything. When confronted with these facts, if even one of these governors stands up for their people against this federal, state-wrecking lending system, and tells the President to cancel the loans, this should be the dominoe that changes everything for us.
If you live in any of these states, please think seriously about going to great lengths to confront your governor with this information. It is likely that most of them do not even know about this. If they did, they should take our side. This could start with you. As unlikely as it may sound, the country actually needs you on this, and the stakes are very high!
