Hey All-

The week got off to a rocky start when President Biden threw shade on our concept of cancelling student loans by executive order.  I am pleased to report, however, that they have since stepped back, and asked the Justice Department to study the law, and make a legal determination on the legality of doing this. 

Rest assured:  We reviewed the law very carefully before starting this petition last march.  We consulted with multiple experts and came to the very strong conclusion that cancelling student loans by executive order is entirely legitimate and legal.  The fact that leading Senators came around to echo our call in September confirms this.  

So...We Got This!

Better News:  State Attorney's General sent a letter to Biden this week telling him to cancel student loans by executive order.  It is high time that the states started to take this issue seriously.  This bodes very, very well for us. 

So...this is getting political.  Regardless of what the Justice Department determines, we are in great shape folks.  More than likely this will end up in the courts, and we will prevail.  I am extremely confident about that. 

VERY IMPORTANT:  We made an extremely significant research finding this week.  This could...frankly SHOULD change the game for us.  I cannot say more than that at this time.  We've been doing this for 16 years, and I have only said that two other times. 

We'll be rolling this out either Monday or Wednesday, and we absolutely are going to need your help with this. 

This all started with our petition, I hope that you are pleased.  But I REALLY hope you are coming to understand that we need much more than your signature to get these loans gone.  We are the pioneers, and have to pull a little more than our weight.
