Hey Everyone!
Change.Org is compiling videos from our signers in order to put real faces to the student loans problem, and will be asking many of us to submit videos where we talk about how cancelling student loans would affect our lives. I hope that if you are contacted you will participate...your story and your experience are so important for people to hear! More on this soon...
Today and this week, we're asking everyone to contact local news media, and tell them to report on the petition. Be sure to tell them you are from the area. This will help a lot.
As we get nearer to a million signatures, I hope that you all will redouble your efforts to spread the word about the petition to others with student loans. Word of mouth is the strongest tool we have to grow. Remember: 1 in 5 adults in this country have student loans, and 4 in 5 of them are distressed and should be happy to know about the petition, and glad to sign!
