Importantly: We still leave open the possibility of endorsing either of the major party candidates if they pledge to return bankruptcy protections to student loans by executive order (Biden), or actually issue such an order (Trump). This is the minimum threshold for endorsement that we set many months ago for this race.
If you are strongly for either of these candidates, we urge you to contact their campaigns, and tell them that.
We are in a good spot to get these loans cancelled through this election folks. BUT YOU HAVE TO HELP US FIGHT. If we can get up to a million signatures very quickly, that will help us all tremendously.
