Good Morning All-

Welcome to the new signers.  The petition now stands at 728,000, and student loan cancellation is being discussed right now in the current stimulus talks, and in the presidential election.

We need to get this petition up to over a million signers as soon as possible.  We are at the cusp of being an unstoppable force, and hitting the million mark is a key to making that happen! 

Please remember that the ONLY way these loans are ACTUALLY going to be cancelled is by executive order.  Any plan that relies on Congress to pass legislation (and raise money to "pay for" loan cancellation) is doomed to fail.  We have seen this play out many times over the past 15 years.  We have the right strategy.  We have rise above the din. 

So as we are now at the 11th hour in this election, the next week is critical for getting these loans actually gone.  

Today, we are asking you to do 3 things.  All pretty simple.

1.  Paste the link to the petition in AT LEAST TEN PLACES across the internet (ie facebook, tweet to celebrities, comment on articles, etc)

2.  Get at least two people you know to sign.  If you know 5 people with student loans, 4 of them are losing sleep over them, and were never going to be able to repay them!  They will be glad to know about this petition, and will sign. 

3.  Boost it.  This helps.  We get around a third of our signatures this way.  It is worth it-

If you have more time, do more than this!  Be clever.  Be smart.  Be creative.  There are a million ways to grow this petition.  Make it happen!

We'll be doing another major media push this time tomorrow.  This works well, and is a lot of fun!  So please keeping checking back on a daily basis between now and the election. 

We are only as strong as you help to make us.  Tens- or hundreds of millions of people to follow in our footsteps are counting on us to fight.  Please don't let them down!
