My niece was convicted of a crime she did not have any knowledge of. She's been to two trials. The first one was a hung jury then the second time around they found her guilty but we know there was some hesitant amongst the jurors. So now they are thinking to set another trial date. This has been going on since 2013. She is currently incarcerated and her 3 babies are suffering tremendously.
