Negotiations With An Attorney

We want to update you on the conversation and negotiation we had with an attorney. His name is Shon Hopwood - he is a law professor at Georgetown University Law Center Appellate Litigation Clinic. His fee is $250 an hour. He is estimating 50 hours for the preparation of the motion, pleadings, and response briefs. And possibly an additional 20 hours if a hearing is warranted.
