Clarification of Project

We apologize for not fully explaining the expenditure of our first project. Our first project consist of [1000] one thousand letters to government officials [100 senators and 150 state representatives]. The expenditure depicted on our last update includes all expenses and costs for the [1000] one thousand letters, flyers, stamps, printing costs, etc... 1000 letters are being dispersed into four groups of [250] letters being sent every week for a month. In other words, each government official will receive 4 letters [and a flyer] within a month. This process is already materializing. We are in the second week. We pray to hear from government officials soon. Again, we thank you for your love and support; because, this would not be taking place without you. There may be [4] four more projects we may need to employ; depending on the result of this first project. [see details of fundraiser] But, of course, this can not be accomplished without your full support of our fundraiser. Therefore, thank you for standing together with us.
