In Singapore Overall crime decreased by 2.6%, from 33,839 cases in 2015 to 32,964 cases in 2016. This was largely due to a decrease in four of the six crime classes, namely Violent/Serious Property Crimes, and is keeping on decreasing. By 2016, 1,038 people have been hanged to death. Now why do we still have the death penalty? let alone by HANGING!. Murder rates in Singapore is 0.38%. I'm not saying murder is no bad. It is. But to keep on going practising this barbaric practice is againts the International Laws. I hope the government in Singapore will hear our voices and the whole world. Ban Capital Punishment.
