Your probably asked your narcissist to stop before.

Maybe you asked nicely.

Or you got upset.

And told them to stop.

Maybe you even begged them.

But it only made them worse.

Because narcissists don't stop.

Not completely.

But they change depending on what you do.

If you ask them to stop.

And try to talk about their narcissism.

And work things out with them.

You'll strengthen them.

Because they have a chance to explain themselves.

And turn your kind heart against you.

So you give them another chance.

And take the blame.

That's why asking them to stop doesn't work.

They love it.

What they don't love is.

When you ask them to stop doing something.

For a good reason.

And don't get upset.

So a narcissist is going to violate your boundaries.

Because they have to.

This gives them power.

But they need you to get upset about it.

So they can ask you what's wrong.

And pretend like there's something wrong with you.

And not them.

They want you to start talking about how you think they're a narcissist.

Or something.

So they can keep digging at it until you submit to them.

And say they were right.

And apologize.

Don't do that.

Just ask them not to do it again.

Because you don't like it.

And that's all.

This makes them the bad guy.

Because there's no way for them to blame you.

And say you're overreacting.

You're just asking them to respect your boundaries.

And nothing else.
