CLOSE A Change.org petition to change the date of Halloween is gaining traction and closing in on its goal of 75,000 signatures - at which point, it'll be sent to President Donald Trump. The petition, started last year by the Halloween & Costume Association, has more than 63,000 signatures as of Thursday evening.
