The Jones Act explained in 34 seconds

The United States Congress should repeal the Jones Act. The Jones Act only benefits the American Merchant Marines Industry. It should be permanently eliminated to prevent barriers to disaster relief, increase private sector options in the rebuilding efforts, while reducing consumer prices for the U.S. citizens of Puerto Rico, and for its future economic sustainability.
