The National Board of State Funeral for World War II Veterans announced David Valaer and Susana McNutt, wife of Lee William "Bill" McNutt, as co-chairs of its important work in Texas Aug. 21 Susana and Valaer will spearhead public awareness to ask the Trump Administration to provide a state funeral in Washington.
