We are group 5. a student in university of cebu senior high school, we would like to encourage you to give some attention about our petition. the 1 car per family policy in the Philippines, we think this petition can help to solve traffic, which is one of the problem and issues here in the philippines.

Having a lot of cars can cause traffic, because it can add the numbers of cars running in the road, we arrive in our schools/work late, and if we have an urgent places to go or if there is an emergency, we cannot be there on time because of the traffic.
