Full and fair investigation of animal abuse in Khabarovsk
The Issue
Mr President!
We, people from different parts of the world, are greatly concerned of what has happenned in Khabarovsk, RF.
On the 18th of October 2016 a large serie of horrowful pictures appeared in the social nets. On these pictures it is shown how two young women (identified as Alina Orlova and Alena Savchenko) that live in Khabarovsk, Russian Federation deliberately, sadistically, methodically murdered domestic animals (dogs and cats) just for fun! We are shocked by the extreme cruelty of these murders and inhuman cynicism of the comments to the pictures written by the perpetrators. These two young women were sure of their full impunity and would not have stopped but for the publicity of their murders.
The public concern of this case is growing more and more! People have doubts in unbiased and objective investigation and stop trusting the law-enforcement system of Russian Federation.
We demand a full, fair and public investigation of the animal abuse that has happenned in Khabarovsk, Russian Federation!
Therefore, we kindly ask You to take this case under Your personal control!
