Every day dogs , innocent dogs  are euthanized. The shelters are busting at the seams with dogs that get killed because there aren't enough homes for these innocent creatures. to control over population , a mandatory spay / neuter program should be in place and allot a certain time for breeding. There is deer season and fishing season to avoid extinction so what about dogs which are mans best friend and companions. People  are allowed to just keep breeding dogs ,population continues to grow and they continue to kill innocent dogs because they can't find homes. STOP breeding to decrease the dog population to get control over  this and stop KILLING mans best friend!!
