More elephant tusks have been seized in Hong Kong. In spite of seemingly more awareness about the issue, the poaching crisis isn't improving. In fact it is getting worse judging by the number of seizures recently made by authorities in various countries in Asia and elsewhere. Even though President Obama has committed to combat poaching, we need to keep pressure on this administration (and future administrations) to even have a chance at saving these and other magnificent beings from sure nonexistence. Please write or call the White House to let President Obama know that you want more assistance offered to these countries to combat poaching. Tell him that his commitment of 10 million dollars is a good start, but more needs to be done.
