We were thrilled to learn that today President Obama granted commutations to 46 nonviolent drug offenders. Unfortunately, my brother Weldon was not included in this list. We hope that Weldon's sentence will be commuted soon considering that dozens of former judges, U.S. attorneys, and former U.S. Attorneys General have joined together in challenging Weldon’s outrageous sentence.
