As Nigerian citizens who cherish transparent and corruption-free government; as Buharists who believed in Buhari and supported his campaign to be our President; as Nigerians who has accepted the result of the last election and want Buhari to succeed,  and the country to work; as people who believes that strong messages must be sent across against corruption, stealing and embezzlement in public offices; as people that demands every motivations for transparent government and every deterrent from corrupt governance; as people who believes in democracy and want our dear country to succeed with her Democracy in transforming the lives of our people for better; we demand that you – the our Honourable President, our Baba, the People’s General – fulfill your Campaign Promise of not only declaring his assets publicly; but also enforcing his Ministers and aids to do same.

We know that the Nigerian Constitution does not demand Public Declaration; but a consequence of the abnormal levels of corruption in our land, which necessitated our support for you in all the several attempts you made for the office of the President, brought about the demand for Public declaration of assets as exemplified by late President Yar’adua.

We stand to demand, that you fulfil the Promise you made to declare your Assets publicly in good faith. Our demand is of that between a father and his children. No threat is involved; but the Fundamental Trust between a father and his children will be breached if such a BIG and SERIOUS promise is not fulfilled.

As equal stake holders in the Nigerian projects; our wish is that our demand is met and your strategic promise fulfilled. Our Wish is that the President proves himself to be the one that finally lays the foundation for a prosperous Nigeria as we all expect; our dream is that President becomes the true Lincoln of Africa not only by his persistence in fighting for the Highest office in the land; but just like Lincoln of United States who confronted their then daunting Slave problem to liberate a people; that Buhari confronts our difficult Corruption problem and liberate the potent abilities in  our people ,to transform our Country and our Lives.

We wish your luck knowing fully well that you, of all people will stand by the side of the masses, as you have proven over and over in your career.
