Romania had a straydog problem since at least the 19 th century,when straydogs were rounded up kikked an owners told to chain their dogs in theis yards,so they would not be captured as a straydog.

dogs were being slaughtered in the streets using spades,or any means ,and puppies killed with bricks.The capture and kill,policy includes every day and the mean of slaughter inhumane,including injection of illegal substances.
