Indeed, the people of Ghana stated their claim in the just ended Dec 7th Presidential and Parliamentary Election. Change has come and we have to support the incoming NPP administration to make things right. Obuasi is a beloved city to many of us who were born and raised in the Golden City. I believed you signed this petition to prove your concern for the chaotic acts happening in the city. Though the incumbent leaders didn't hear the cries of the good people of Obuasi as well as save the major mining industry, we hope that the incoming government and its appointees for Obausi will be tasked to tackle the major issues hovering over the mining sector. Moreover, I count on the youth and media to holder our leaders accountable to fulfill their mandated responsibilities to save Obausi and make the Golden City great again.
