We're really close to getting to 50,000 signatures which will allows us to have more leverage with some of the next steps in this effort. 

To ensure vaccine equity we need to demand that drug companies share trade secrets with others to help ensure others can produce the COVID-19 vaccine. Moderna's vaccine development was fully funded by tax-payer money (and they also received a great deal of help in development from NIH), yet they fully control the intellectual property for the COVID-19 vaccine and have profited tremendously, all while huge swaths of lower-income countries have yet to receive a jab. On top of the immense suffering and death that this causes, it also creates the conditions for new variants to emerge that threaten all of us.
