The news of the new variant is really worrying. COVID-19 variants have the chance to emerge faster when the virus can spread more quickly among a large population of people that are unvaccinated (most because they do not have access). 

The world needs to become vaccinated faster, but Moderna continues to refuse to share its discovery with the WHO and others that could help scale production. And while the rest of the world was worrying about the news of this new variant, Moderna's stock price went up 20 effing percent. This is just shameful. We could be beating this virus and preventing so much suffering.
