The GOP Majority in Congress has approved a Bill that makes it legal to kill bears and wolves while they are sleeping (Senate Joint Resolution 18). It also allows people to shoot them from the air. This is not hunting, it is slaughter.

President Donald Trump (R)  is expected to sign this Bill, but hopefully, if we receive enough signatures for this petition, we can show this to him and prove how much the American people are against it.
