Sadly, H.J.Res.69 is Law

Dear Friends, Thank you again for signing the petition and for all of your support, calls, and e-mails. Despite nearly 10,000 signatures, and a lot of contact with the White House, H.J.Res.69 became law. The President did not veto it. But, the fight is not over. When the abuses to wolves, bears, and their young occur, we will get the word out. And there will be more unacceptable legislation and regulations to protest and defeat. Throughout, we must continue raising our voices, talking with the media, talking with our friends and colleagues, and making sure there are electoral consequences for those who vote to sacrifice our wildlife and ecosystem heritage.
