PETITION, ARTICLE III PETITION

June 12th, 2025

President Donald J. Trump

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

Washington, DC 20500

Petitioning Honorable President Donald J. Trump

By the grace of God, We The People humbly make this constitutional call for help by way of petition, taking the time to speak out on behalf of every forgotten man, woman and child due to The War on Drugs and the overwhelming rate of incarceration in the United States of America. We beseech upon all three branches of the government to bipartisan align their voices with ours and do the same.

We the concerned citizens of the United States of America, along with SOD Foundation, ministers, family members and friends have heard the prisoner’s plea for help where it is our duty as a community support group to adopt a prisoner and act as a re-entry monitor and coordinator on behalf of our brothers and sisters in distress, and we employ you to act as well in the spirit of Isaiah 61:1 which states, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound”.

A First, Fifth and Sixth Amendment petition is hereby filed in good faith for their release pursuant to 97-280-96 stat.1211 invoking your vested powers under Article II to grant relief by way of clemency and or pardon. Where, the urgent and necessary First Amendment petition is hereby submitted praying that justice be tempered with mercy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Incarcerated individuals are facing a death sentence and this equates to a cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment.

Mr. President, honoring the Bible you were sworn in on, and took the following oath, stating “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” We implore you to act, releasing prisoners with health issues that put them at a higher risk, the elderly, nonviolent offenders, and rehabilitated individuals, to allow for proper social distancing for those who must remain imprisoned and remove all others from harm's way.

The Bible, laws, statutes, drafted, enacted, and enforced, calls for their release under the following:

The First Step Act, Compassionate Release Act, honoring Attorney General William Barr’s memorandum, and Isaiah 61:1, wherefore the law of the land empowers you and We the People to act on behalf of the imprisoned individuals named below by ordering that the adopted prisoners named below to be released back into the community forthwith.
