Judge Robert H Cleland on March 10th, 2016 you and Prosecutor Sauget stated that my father Felix Walls had to drop his motions in order to receive Clemency or Compassionate Release and you and Prosecutor Sauget said you had no problem with my father receiving either Clemency or Compassionate Release after the motions were dropped.
The BOP, Warden, and Prosecutor Sauget approved my fathers Compassionate Release only to be denied by you stating that the illnesses he has are known to be in a black man his age. I found that to be very discriminating and it hurt me to my heart because not only did my father believe in you our family did as well. I feel that this unjust behavior needs to stop and my father should be granted his freedom.
My father dropped his motions after you Judge Robert H Cleland allowed our family to speak with my father in your courtroom privately, even the Federal Marshalls were shocked and stated this has never happened in a courtroom.
All our family is asking is that you at least have compassion for my sister, she recently had her leg amputated as well as her ring finger as well as she almost passed away a few weeks ago. All she is asking is for you to allow my father his freedom so he can at least be there physically with her.
This matter has placed a lot of stress on our family Judge Robert H Cleland. My father recently lost his brother and his sister and had he been approved of his compassionate release from you he could be at home with his family helping us get through our hurt and pain.
I feel that my father has done his time and learned from his mistakes and I'm asking if the courts could have mercy on him and reconsider granting my father Felix Walls his compassionate release.
