This page was created in honor of my Father #Felix Walls inmate 02414-112 at Forest City Medium Federal Prison. My Father was originally sentenced to 30 years in a ghost dope conviction in which all co-conspirator received immunity or miniscule jail time. My Father appealed his 30 year sentence and received no sentence reduction. My Father appealed a second time and received LIFE! He's served 24 years to date and been a model prisoner. According to today's sentencing guidelines he should have received a maximum of 20 years! Fast forward.....In 2016 he was denied a pardon by President Barack Obama however was approved by The Federal Bureau of Prisons for Compassionate Release due to age, model prisoner behavior, and chronic health issues (Parkinson, Prostate, and cardiovascular) My Father also inquired about donating a kidney to me in 2015 and was denied the option to test Had he been allowed we would have had knowledge of his health concerns sooner as we recently found out his own creatine/kidney function levels are high, and have been for the last three years and he was never informed of said levels, received consult with a physician, medication, or dialysis! My Father was also approved for Home Federal Probation in May of 2016. In June of 2017 #Prosecutor Bill saget #USDA Eastern District Michigan filed a motion for my Father's sentence reduction and release. To date we are STILL awaiting for #Judge Robert H. Cleland to decide yes in favor of, no against, or neutral in the matter of my Father's release. We are praying in favor that my Father will be released to be home with his family to enjoy his remaining life as a free man as he has been sentenced unjustly, to enjoy his grand children sine whim he has never met, and receive the adequate medical care that he needs!
