This photo is from artist Kim Noble who is renowned in the U.K. for exposing the vicious & sadistic Mind Control or Monarch program.  British Intelligence is involved as is the U.S. CIA, Israeli Mossad, Australian Intelligence Services and others such as the Defense Intelligence Agency.
